25.1  Why do Alexis and Jennifer call their agent "Scrappy"?

Because he is scrappy.

25.2  Has he ever given them good advice?

He usually gives them good advice.

25.3  Has he given them bad advice?

He has told them to be themselves and they've followed this advice, only to make poor impressions on certain people, so maybe he should tell them to be what the people they are meeting with want them to be... or something like that. ie. maybe Scrappy should specify which dinner meetings he does NOT want Alexis dropping F-bombs at, etc.

25.4  Why is Scrappy's office so crappy?

Alexis and Jennifer don't think he concerns himself with aesthetics.

25.5  Why aren't Alexis and Jennifer impressed by the I.M. Pei–designed CAA building?

Because it has been under construction/almost ready for too long.
